In order to make a reservation, you have the following options for booking your stay.

 

• In writing by email to: office@gaestehausdenk.at (RECOMMENDED)

 

• by phone at: +436803073810

 

 

 

In the event of errors or misunderstandings, written bookings will be given preference.

If you have already booked an appointment for your stay by phone, we recommend you send a short e-mail stating your name, date of arrival, possibly time of arrival, length of stay, number of people, any special requests (for example you want a certain room or you want to bring a dog with you which is regulated separately to be sent to us (HOUSE RULES )

 

If a stay is not commenced on the booked date and no new agreement is made, the booking is deemed to be canceled for the entire reserved duration of the stay - the corresponding cancellation costs must be paid.

For bookings for the following calendar year, the room rate for the next year applies. Reservations are possible for a maximum of the next 12 months.
